Data Protection Policy This document explains how Trayma (hereafter also referred to as “we” or “us”) collects, processes, and protects personal data that you provide when communicating with us through any media, including but not limited to Trayma’s online flight request form, chat, phone, emails, and texts.

IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller is Trayma SA, with its registered office at Chemin Pré-Oliver 3a, 1290 Chavannes-des-Bois, Switzerland.
For any data protection concerns, please contact Sylvain Matray at the following email address: smatray@trayma.com or call +41 79 770 36 86.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Trayma collects personal data for the following purposes:
To provide our services: This is the main reason why we need to collect personal data. We require this information to respond to flight requests (made through our online form, by phone, or by chat), make flight offers, draft and conclude aircraft charter service contracts, send invoices, and organize and follow up on flights. This data collection is a contractual requirement, not a statutory one. It is a condition for entering into a contract with Trayma. If you do not provide the necessary data, it may prevent the contract from being concluded, and Trayma will not be able to provide the requested services. The legitimate basis for this personal data collection is the necessity to process data to enter into a contract with us.
To improve your customer experience: We process your personal data to enhance our services, tailor our offerings to your needs and preferences, facilitate website usage by analyzing user browsing history, and send promotional content via post, email, or online advertising. If you have requested or used our services and provided personal data to Trayma in this context, we may use your contact details to send you marketing emails about similar services unless you have opted out. You can opt out at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” in promotional emails or by contacting us. The legitimate basis for this processing is Trayma’s interest in providing better services.
To comply with the law: In certain cases, we are legally required to collect some personal data. This may include anti-fraud checks conducted by banks or formal requests by government entities. The legal basis for this collection is compliance with a legal obligation.
TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Collected personal data includes:
Contact details, such as name, surname, phone number, email address, and physical address;
Personal details, such as family members, personal preferences, pets;
Travel information, such as passport details, aircraft and catering preferences, departure location, destination, and flight times;
Bank details when a credit card is used to book or pay for our services;
Usage data, which includes information about your use of Trayma's services and website.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The collected data is processed by Trayma employees, with access limited to those whose assistance is needed for the intended activity. Additionally, under specific circumstances, we may share personal data with:
Those essential for contract fulfillment (e.g., operators, airport personnel);
Cloud storage providers for data archiving;
Email service providers for communication purposes;
Analytics tools and website developers when you use our website;
Banks for fraud prevention information requests;
Payment service providers and e-payment interface providers for credit card payments;
Chat service providers when you use our chat function.
PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY
Depending on the service you request, your personal data may be transferred to a country outside of the EU (third country). This may occur if you wish to travel to or from such a third country, are located in a third country at the time of data transfer, or if the selected operator is based in a third country. This transfer is based on the necessity to process data to enter into a contract with you.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, meaning data will generally be stored for the duration of the contract and possible future contracts with Trayma. Some personal data will be stored longer to comply with legal obligations, such as tax purposes.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY MEASURES
The information is securely stored to ensure that no one outside of Trayma has access to it. Each new employee receives training in data protection to understand how to handle customers' personal data.

Right to access personal data (Art. 15 of the Regulation);
Right to rectification of personal data (Art. 16 of the Regulation);
Right to erasure of personal data or “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17 of the Regulation);
